Justin Koff is a Class A PGA Professional and the Head Golf Professional at Bethpage State Park. He has nearly two decades of experience coaching players of all ages and skill levels and has developed some of the most successful junior golf programs in the country. Justin received the Metropolitan PGA Youth Player Development Award in 2023 for his work guiding and teaching young golfers.

In his career, Justin has conducted over 15,000 private lessons and at Bethpage coaches hundreds of junior golfers through Golf Channel Academy camps, clinics, developmental programs and one-on-one instruction. In 2024, Justin served as a coach for Team New York, winners of the 17U PGA Junior League National Championship. Made up of players from Bethpage's junior development program, Team New York defeated teams from Illinois and Utah to win the national title at Twin Warriors Golf Club in New Mexico.

Justin's simplified approach with adults and juniors focuses on improving skills and finding each player's most efficient swing while also developing long-lasting game-improvement relationships. He enables students to become their own best coach by guiding them to recognize tendencies and learn drills and workouts that help make gains with their swing and on-course performance.

Prior to his arrival at Bethpage, Justin was the Program Director of The First Tee at Eisenhower Park, where he helped introduce golf to children through partnerships with schools, youth agencies and community groups. There, he developed and instructed junior programs for more than 3,000 Long Island children. Justin attended Clemson University and graduated with a degree in Professional Golf Management. His experience also includes work as an assistant professional and certified instructor at Jim McLean Golf School in Miami, as well as teaching and management roles at several clubs in the Metropolitan Section.
